What does this have to do with community education in Jacksonville?

Also, what is a young child supposed to do with a Mustang Convertible? I guess it's a good way to lure parents into paying the contest entry fee, but it seems like a violation of the "no purchase necessary" law.

Again, not trying to be mean, but why dump this, with zero context, on a site about urban redevelopment?

Gal is cute as a button, and though I can't personally figure it out with the clues given, good for her on whatever it is that's she won, but come on.
