Title: Checking for permits
Post by: JeffreyS on May 05, 2018, 01:45:38 PM
Where should I look for city permits/ zoning exceptions?  Specifically looking to see about a coffee shop planned for the old Tonja hair salon in Avondale across Dancy from South Kitchen.

WOW! This is the first that I have heard of this. Should be a good addition to the area. Although, I'm sure the immediate neighbors aren't too thrilled.

You should also plug in the address into the property appraiser and there you will see what the approved uses/current zoning is. If its CRO you are probably in luck.

By the way, I think it Tania's .....

And I looked it up for you. Zoning is CO... so you should consult with someone at the City planning division for a comprehensive evaluation of your proposal.
