The Jessie Ball duPont Fund is convening downtown neighborhood development stakeholders to review duPont Fund-contracted research on downtown property, its ownership, uses and opportunities.

And I would like to add that the asking price for DT Jax properties seems rather steep unless this has changed in the last few weeks.

Agree with that assessment. That's why there have been relatively few transactions downtown lately.
