Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa all in top 10. Jacksonville has been getting some great publicity recently for our business climate and growth.

Bill, it's actually Yelp that did the "study" and their methodology is laughable.

How seriously should we consider the prognostications of an organized crime syndicate like Yelp?  Racketeers they are.  Maybe the COJ bought advertising from them?
