Great to see so much vertical construction in La Villa right now. It's been a very long time.
Thanks for the update. Last I heard, the managing member of Take 2 LLC was planning to convert the rest of the building at 3rd and Walnut to market rate apartments (and I guess run the business somewhere else). The top floor is already three finished apartments which are rented out. The bottom of the building was until recently being used as storage for the business.
Strike The Annex and Jeux De Jax from the list. Health issues for the owners. The new Silver Cow is still happening though.
