Title: Jax Beach Development Question
Post by: Downtown Osprey on April 24, 2017, 09:30:20 AM
Does anyone know what is going to be built on the corner of 3rd by the beach blvd intersection? The plot of land has been cleared out for quite sometime but doesn't look like much progress has been made.

Was supposed to be a hotel about a decade ago. I'm not aware of anything actively proposed for it at the moment.

They are just using that as a staging area for equipment. They have been updating the stormwater/sewer systems along 1st street.

No. I didn't read the full plan from 2007. My bad.
