Title: Edgewood Diner - Private Club?

Hi just received notice of a zoning exception filed for the address of Edgewood Diner. They are applying to be a "private club." Any idea what that means?

Last week we spoke with the Edgewood Diner's owner (Crazy Egg to us). Even though the sign is on the diner's building the notice change is for a next door business.
