The Arlington-based university will renovate 12,280 square feet on the 18th floor of the tower at 76 S. Laura St.
A permit application submitted Thursday shows four classrooms, offices, conference space, collaboration rooms, open cubicles, IT workspace and a kitchen.

Awesome! Glad to see this progressing quickly.
This is great! I hope UNF follows soon.
Awesome and super news! Downtown Jax is slowly on the move.
I hope JU moves some of their business grad programs their as they suggest. It seems to me that a business program would be better suited to the area than physical therapy.
PROGRESS!
It's nice that FSCJ and JU are investing in downtown.
Cash them downtown UNF how bout dat. :)
UNF's been in the downtown core before these late comers even knew what was up. MOCA Jax ring a bell?
I'm told there are plans for future expansion but I don't know where we are on that.
Keep an eye on the LaVilla area; I'll bet money on that. No proof, just a hunch.
