Sounds like good news. It's too bad the restaurant idea and stage never happened.

Yeah, apparently the storage container is still sitting half completed on the contractor's lot.

The project would need about $100k in public funding to move forward, but it sounds like most of the capital improvement funding for Hemming will be earmarked for landscaping.

Wonder if it even still makes sense for Black Sheep with the new restaurant down the street.
