Springfield has most of this with the exception of #3 and #7, although I am not sure our corner store on Pearl would be considered "healthy" it is my understanding the new store going in on Main will be. The sidewalks and pedestrian crossings has been a heated debate on the neighborhood forum. The last component no one has in JAX, it is sorely missing unless you want to take the bus, and from Stephens accounts this isn’t really too good of an option at this time.

#8 Money, Investment and Property Values that keep increasing
  - Success breeds more success

#9 Plaza-oriented cultural/entertainment nearby areas that draw people
  - Similar to parks, but these are places that leave big impressions on visitors to your area

#10 Defined and Separated Residential and Commercial areas
  - Homes should be a place or rest/retreat/recreation away from work centers

#11 Regarding Parks....
  - Not just any park, but awesome ones: Multiple Baseball, football fields, Running trail,  Lake, Basketball courts,  Barbecue pavillion are minimum essentials.

Well see comment # 9 and we also have a very nice park right up the street in Brentwood and over off of Ionia, and then of course the parks by the stadium.

I mean I guess technically I am encompasses several neighborhoods, but all are within walking/biking distance so so what? I guess too me, neighborhood means I can walk there easily....
