Grabbagreen opens first Florida location in downtown Jacksonville's Brooklyn Station. More locations are on the way. Here's the details.

I love the variety of eating options opening across the street from my work, it's nice to be able to walk over and get a bite. I'm big on tropical smoothie so hopefully this place is an improvement on that.
Is that a roof top eating area I see? :)

On top of the Burrito Gallery, yes! It's great even when it's warm out.
Well, that didn't last long:

I'd like a Smoothie King to go in there.
Not too surprising. They never seemed very busy.
I wonder about BurgerFi. My kids like it, but whenever we go it is usually pretty empty.
Price was what was off. The food was really good, but it was 12-15 bucks for a salad or bowl. We started to go when they kept mailing us BOGOs for their entrees (which was the first sign they were hurting for business).
I would rather something else replace BurgerFI. In my opinion there are many better burger places around.
BurgerFi seems to be busy whenever I'm there. My guess is that some chains like Chipotle will end up in the retail strip proposed next door.
