Architects-In-Training Ledia Durmishaj and Samantha Wai provide a behind the scenes look into the design of Gresham, Smith & Partners (GS&P). Located on the top floor of One Enterprise Center, GS&P may be one of downtown Jacksonville's most impressive office spaces.

But how can they feel well with separate bathrooms?

That floor looks sweet, on a serious note. In all my time living downtown I always thought it just housed elevator/water equipment. I remember photographing it with a long exposure at night and thinking it looked suspiciously empty a free years ago before the lights were turned back on.
