If you and your friends are interested in seeing some cool urban living spaces and learning about upcoming projects, plan on joining us early next month for a Springfield bike tour. We will be showing off some great new places to purchase and or lease. There are some amazing and creative opportunities to make ownership easier. We will have the bike tour early in the evening to keep things cool and will offer refreshments along the way. If you would like to be on our bike tour mailing list please email chrisdonovan@exitrealtyjax.com.
just watch out for the giant potholes...they can rupture a 120psi road bike tube in a split second.
Keep me updated!

Just about all of Springfield has been repaved within the past couple of years, so we don't have potholes to worry about.
Anyway...it sounds like fun...
Actually Joan, the eastside was the focus of the paving. The westside is still in horrible shape. Laura and Silver Streets are almost un-drivable.
Look on the bright side. I spent yesterday in Newark, Jersey City and Hoboken. Talk about horrible roads. Laura and Silver are bad, but what they are dealing with up there can swallow little kids whole.
True, but in fairness, everything north of Virgina has to deal with climate induced issues like frost heaves and salting. There is no excuse for Florida roads to be anything but well maintained.

I stand corrected...you're absolutely right.
Just a quick note - It is my understanding that the Westside of Main has very poor infrastructure - IE Sewer, water, storm drains - and it was supposed to be done .. oh around 2000 or 2001 - which of course, it wasn't. In theory, they will re-pave the west side once those issues are taken care of. Unfortunately, they seem to be still in the fix or repair daily mode.
We will meet for the bike tour 5:00 Sunday evening at 1240 Silver St. If you would like to join in at any time call Joe Delgado at 403-1900 to find our location.
Thanks....I hope to be there
I'm going to try to attend as well!
Sounds great! I'll check it out as well.
I missed out...anybody attend that can give us the inside scoop?
Sorry, I missed it also, but I believe I saw a small group ride by while I was out in the front garden...
Let us know if you have another one
