What is the deal with Kimmik? Has it really taken them three years to renovate a six story building? Is there ever going to be a completion date here?
Due to financial and redesign issues, construction stopped on this project for over a year. They recently restarted a few months ago. I\'m not sure of the completion date, but I hope (like many others) that they can wrap this thing up without anymore delays.
