Ok, is it just me or when you look at the example bills... does something jump out at you?

The are INCREASING the Energy Charge, and only focusing on the fact that they are lowering the Fuel Charge?
Energy Charge: 0.06988 - 0.06624 = .00364 increase (on a 2000 kwh bill ) + 7.28
Fuel Cost: .03250 - .03675 = -.00425 (on a 2000 kwh bill) - 8.5
Difference 7.28-8.5 = $1.22 savings? BTW this is on the entire bill per month.
They area also giving "Business accounts" a discount on their fuel rates of 1 to 5% but not increasing their Energy charge? So are we as consumers paying to subsidize some of the largest energy users?!
I really hope I am just looking at this wrong. ???
