Hello everyone! I've lived in Avondale for the past eleven years. Prior to moving here I lived in Charlotte. I've always been interested in urban planning/development and I look forward to contributing to discussions. I used to be very active on Urbanplanet but I never got around to making the transition to this site when it was formed. It's nice to see so much interest in Jacksonville!

Glad you finally made the jump. The Jacksnville forum at UP is pretty much a ghost town now.
