Great tour. I'm glad so many developers got their proposals in and approved before the height restriction deadline. Hopefully there will be some changes to allow for some more urban density in the "Downtown" area of Jax Beach.
The beaches is great and has a real neighborhood vibe about it that is rare in Jacksonville. Even Jax Beach and Atlantic Beach are unique communities themselves. The Atlantic Beach Town Center is great as some are bars on First Street in Jax.
