Toni Smailagic: Pride 2016 Photo Essay

The 2016 Pride Parade and Block Party was, by every account, a runaway success. Drawing thousands of people from all over North Florida and Southern Georgia, the Five Points neighborhood was transformed into an endless sea of people and rainbow colors. Heavily sponsored by the City's financial institutions and co hosted by the Five Points Merchants Association, it was also the most financially successful. Photographer/activist Toni Smailagic was there to capture the people and feeling of the event.
