In my honest opinion, you forgot the best, these others may be great, but A&J's Old Fashion Ice Cream on Atlantic Beach.

Not a native Jaxman or even a Floridian myself but I've live here since September of 75. I've seen ice cream joints come and go and go and go.  The Dreamette is a neighbor hood icon and my family's favorite ice cream parlour. And they are busy it's not unusual to fing the lines 20 to 30 and up deep.  These lines aren't long because they're slow, that's just how popular they are.

My vote is for the Florida Creamery. The only Jacksonville ice cream parlour to make the national news!
