I would like to reinforce the praise for Mayor Delaney's work to preserve environmentally sensitive lands in Jacksonville. When I left City Hall in June 2015, I finally had some time to invest in my love of hiking. Thanks to the efforts of Mayor Delaney and key members of his team like Mark Middlebrook, Jacksonville has some of the best outdoor recreation spots in all of Florida.
The article is good, but I just don't get the title. Based on it, I would have thought it was about some less publicized good work he is currently doing, and some sort of irony.
