Post by: BridgeTroll on July 16, 2008, 01:44:17 PM
Was told recently that Marks has a Happy hour.  Never knew and am going to check it out soon.

Anybody else have some Happy Hour favorites they would like to share or advertise??

Yes as opposed to the "gay" Publix in Riverside.

Player's grille on Hendricks has a pretty sweet happyhour, 1 dollar small domestic drafts, 2 dollar talls, 1.75 happy hour wine, plus on Monday they have 42 cent chicken wings, REALLY GOOD.

Ask to get them grilled with cajun ranch or terriyaki, one of the best wings in town. The only downside is it's very family oriented though, so after you've had a few cheap glasses of wine and start to let the F bombs fly, you start getting dirty looks from the over-protective parents nearby.

I hit up happy hour once or twice a week so i'll post more when I can think of them.

Checked out Marks Happy hour yesterday.  Pretty ho hum experience.  It was a wednesday so that would explain the sparse (extremely white collar) crowd... I guess.  Yeungling and bud lite on tap... Bottled imports $2.50.  Small hors d'oeuvre table with various sliced wraps opened at 5:00...
