Is Rue St. Marc going to be a new structure built?
I was thinking the same thing. No way they could fit a full kitchen, bar and 150 seats in the current structure
Any idea what 348 E 3rd in Springfield is going to be used for or when it will be completed?
Hey, MJ, I love seeing the "new construction" updates when they come out. They used to have a map with numbers, showing where each project was, which was really helpful for those of us that aren't locals. Is there any chance you could include these maps again?

The second floor is complete and is three apartments. The exterior will be next as the budget allows. The one story west addition and some of the main first floor will remain commercial while it is currently planned to convert much of the first floor into additional apartments, zoning and budget allowing.
