Pretty normal stuff when working on a building that has been neglected this long.  Interesting that they chose to tent early on.  It has always been a toss up whether to kill off the pests first or at the end because in the case of dry woods, for instance, you can be re-infested the same day the tent comes off.  You can also carry in new pests with the materials used in the restoration.  I suspect it comes down to personal preference.
