Anyone know who might have lost this thing?  It has embossed APA FL on the cover.  We could use the money but ... we are honest persons here.

After the owner claims, giving proper ident of inside material, we can remove the thread.

I dropped by earlier for coffee and my APA notebook isn't with me right now. Open it up and see what's in it. You won't find 150k but you'll probably discover some random placed sheets of paper.
