QuoteThe ongoing feud between Jeremy Shockey and Warren Sapp got even uglier on Sunday, as Shockey somehow got his hands on Sapp's bankruptcy papers and plastered them all over social media.

In what was apparently the coincidence of a lifetime, Shockey claims some legal documents pertaining to Sapp's bankruptcy were sent to the former NFL tight end's address. Shockey shared a photo of the documents on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and mocked Sapp.

It wasnt a coincidence.

Someone got a copy of Sapp's BK paperwork and mailed it to Shockey. The letters refer to Sapp, but the envelope was to Shockey. Some fan stirring the pot I would imagine.

If the BK records are public, anyone can fill out a FOIA form and request it. If the attorney for Sapp hasnt had them sealed, then anyone can get a copy.

Technically nothing illegal here, just someone trying to create more press.

If Shockey didnt want the attention he would have shredded and filed them away and said nothing.
