Title: Bitter cocktail

Any suggestions for a good sort of bitter cocktail? Something they could make at Dos Gatos.

Compari and soda. I always ask about Compari and Dubonnet to guage what kind of bar I'm in.

a Negroni is my go to, and Dos makes a killer mezcal Negroni if gin isn't your speed.

Thanks for the suggestions we ended up with a Boulevardier basically a Negroni with whisky garnished with orange. Perfect, the Bar tenders at Dos Gatos are great.
