The airline applied for routes out of Key West, West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Jacksonville and Ft. Myers/Naples to the U.S. Department of Transportation, which opened applications Feb. 16.

Cuba flights have been going out of Jacksonville for years. The GITMO express flies weekly ;D
