Hmmm....

Sounds like he's trying to compete with Matt Jones for worst Jag's first round draft pick ever.
Edit: R. Jay Soward is probably our worst ever, but he was a bit before my time.
Incredibly embarrassing. These crazy kids not only *do* the craziest shiznit but videotape it as well. And then share it !!! This is why I remain convinced there is video out there from the Jameis Winston / Erica Kinsman "event" that may vindicate or shame Jameis.
That's two strikes against Dante and this one *is* his fault.
We can't have another first round bust. We just can't.
Let's breathe for a second here....I'm not saying what Fowler did was right, but let's not compare this to some of the awful stuff other players have done. He didn't hit the women - much different scenario. As far as we can tell, the two women wanted to fight each other (they weren't being forced to fight). I'm not sure there's anything in the rules prohibiting him watching his Girlfriend and Baby Mama duke it out.
Again, not amazing footage but let's keep it in perspective. Other than Tim Tebow, Choir Boys don't play football. I'm much more concerned about his knee at this point, but all signs point to him be on the road to recovery.
What he did wasn't illegal, but it was definitely in bad taste. If the two women wanted to fight, they should have done it in a private residence not in front of a security camera.
Bad taste? Maybe. But he didn't do anything wrong.
Also, comparing him to Matt Jones is laughable. The guy had a freak injury that prevented him from playing his rookie season. We don't know what he's made of yet so that's just a plain out dumb comment to make.

At least Matt Jones played in his first season..... Not talking ethics, just production as a player.
I've been skeptical about Fowler as a player, but I really don't know what he could have done here. Stepping in before they were on the ground would have been disastrous. Quick way to catch a claw to the face or worse, accidentally knock one of them while trying to separate.
Now, did he give a "bell" sound and "let's get it on!", can't tell from the video. I guess he could have tried to walk away, but hard to speculate on how that situation was escalating.
The saddest part is the relationship situation: mother of his child versus his girlfriend.
