Title: Beaches Trolley
Post by: stephenc on June 28, 2008, 08:31:54 PM
So, I was pleasently surpised today when I went to visit a buddy at the beaches today. There were trolleys (potato chip trucks) everywhere. Did anyone know about this? I haven't heard anything about this. They had signage up. Apparently this started yesterday.

It was discussed a few days ago.

my wife and I and some friends rode on it Friday Night, we went from Atlantic to Marsh Landing and back. It was full, people getting on and off at just about every stop. It will take you where you want to to go between Atlantic and South Beach. i had a good time on it.

Saw it/them (not sure how many) running @ about 75% capacity all night long.  Nice added element in the area.  Also, when did Coastal Cab show up in the area(?) - talk about a beaches monopoly - they were everywhere!
