Some of that looks like Matt BlueJay's photography, he's always getting unique shots of the skyline.

You can only take so many pics of the skyline from Friendship Fountain. When I lived at 11E, it was always nice to get up on the rooftop and take in the view from a different perspective.  Oh and btw, I like the article tagline said "not necessarily accessible by the general public" haha.

These are awesome!! I agree that the Friendship Fountain vantage point can get a little played out.  I love the view from the commodore point expressway looking west, the riverwalk by FIS looking east, and the view from I-95 as you pass over the railroad tracks & Bay Street.

The worst view is from the Lone Sailor looking at the Northbank Skyline; The disappearing tallest building in Jax, yay we are in the eighties!!!

;) Jacksonville has just enough of a skyline to show that we do have serious businesses here but the view is not overwhelmed by buildings and urban sprawl. Sweet is what I called my Florida home here in the dirty-dirty south, Duval, 904 y'all
