Very cool. I like the rooftop element.
never even heard of this and it has already been started? Where is the location? Looks close to my house.
never mind. I figured it out. Pretty nice sized lot next to the site.

Seriously, what a change of pace for jacksonville. Usually it's announce and wait three years to see if the project is actually feasible.
Pretty cool. I drove past this place around Christmas and was wondering what was going on.
I'm guessing they don't have any water access? Looks like Sadler Point has all the riverfront in front of them, and Ortega Yacht Club Condos and Marina have the rest. As an aside, the Marina has made a lot of improvements over the past couple years (pool, cabanas, other outdoor areas).
Wow, nice! Whatever they do will almost automatically be an improvement.
The Bridge is owned by the Sadler Point Marina, so there's some nice opportunities for synergy.
It's also zoned CCG-2 and has plenty of parking.
I'm the listing broker - please let me know if anyone has questions or ideas.
So is this a stone's throw from Chamblin's? (cool)

Very excited about this news. I've long felt this area of town needs a restaurant destination for boaters. Will there be access via the docks at Sadler Point or the neighboring marina?

That's cool. Beats the hell out of what's there now.
What's there now is this building, empty.

Well it is now a year later. The building is closed in and there is a Loop opening soon sign on the building. It seems "soon" can be a long soon. Just remember to have the guest slip at Sadler point. My neighbors and I will be there more if there is water access.
