I am guessing that this is to get parts closer to the UPS hub in Orlando.
Having the warehouse in Jax was probably adding between a half to a full day of overhead in expedites.
Lame.
What is the UPS location out on the west side? Just a sorting facility?
The UPS facility on Pritchard Road is not a regional hub as I understand it.
