^Not a problem. Is the Ethics Commission experiencing changes like the JEA Board?

Thank you to all those who are voting. Hope Carla Miller, the Ethics Commission and city council members see this.

Keep voting. Active legislation.

It's not a restaurant. So how does this settle in your gut?

Why should it be extended?  Doesn't that make progress more difficult?  Can't anybody file a complaint?  Who actual benefits from this? It looks like noone does.

For any civil issues, four years is usually the max unless something is done in a willful or wanton way which may increase it to 5 years under the discretion of the Court.

One day out from this being voted on and advanced at the 1/5/16 Rules Committee meeting. Will the Public Trust continue to be destroyed and crushed in this community? Where is any media in radio, print or TV seeking one quote from Carla Miller or an Ethics Commissioner past or present about this pending legislation 2015-765?

And to make this post better and more understandable. The Finance Committee is meeting in less than 3 hours to hear from the Mayor of Jacksonville Lenny Curry and to share a plan with our 19 elected legislative representatives to change the original BJP to the new BJP (Better Jacksonville Pension). Will there be any media from any TV station, any print media, any radio station asking anyone from the administration, or Carla Miller and any Ethics Commission member recently past or present about 2014-769 and the forensic audit?

PS. The 1/8/16 FIND meeting of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission has been CANCELLED. Where has this 2016 Potential FIND Project list been shown in any TV, Print, or even mentioned on any radio show? Total Backroom deals. This IS our property tax money. Can't make this stuff up.

Legislation was deferred in Rules. Why? Where is one quote from any EC- Ethics Commission member or Carla Miller? What is going on with the shakeup on the Ethics Commission. Maybe the Legislature can fix this.

Can this legislation be brought up and voted on at the 1/12/16 full meeting of the Jacksonville city council by any elected legislative representative the same day that the 2016 Legislative session starts in Tallahassee? YES! Restore the Public Trust.

WOW! I still say the Public Trust just absolutely destroyed in this community.
2015-765 was taken up at the 1/20/16 Rules Committee meeting. I sat next to Carla Miller.
At the podium Carla told everyone that in the last 10 years there  have only been 5 cases.
The vote was 7-0 to deny.

Up for a potential Jacksonville city council vote at the 1/26/16 meeting. Is this an EMERGENCY? Should it be deferred? I say go to 5 years for an Ethics Complaint. Vote Yes.
Palms Fish Camp- I digress. 10 years? Sign me UP!
I have emailed Jacksonville city council members with their COJ email addresses
Do Ethics Commission members have COJ email addresses?

^ I don't think I've understood any post you have ever written.  It would be better if you wrote in Old English or Gaelic, or some other language no one, or should I say Noone???? speaks anymore.  But thanks for keeping those of us who understand informed on whatever it is you are talking about.  Cheers!

2015-697 the texting legislation on the agenda for the 3/7/16 5pm. Ethics Commission meeting. Open to the Public. Will there be any media there? The texting legislation is set for a full Jacksonville city council vote on 3/8/16.

It's only Ethics.

No one was there. The Ethics Commission is supporting the Gulliford legislation 2015-697 on texting and NOT the council President watered down version. Will be brought up at the 3/8/16 full meeting of the Jacksonville city council.
