13 Gypsies looks the best out of those presented, and it is quite good. Fine dining in Jax looks sometimes like it's trying too hard (13 Gypsies is not fine dining and makes no attempt to come across that way...it also looks like it makes the best use out of ingredients, and has the tastiest ingredients of the bunch). By the way, I'll be dining at French Laundry tonight. :)
