#51 on page 5, TG Atlantic LLC is Whitehall Partners. They are occupying the second floor and leasing out the first. They are moving out of the 5 points theatre building and capitalizing on the growth of San Marco.
Folkfood's grand opening is today.

All good and exciting news, but I just can't bring myself to find BRT either good or exciting. Not going to be on that bandwagon.
They just broke ground on Southern Kitchen and Spirits yesterday.

Thank goodness. I was worried this was going to turn into another Fuddruckers, San Marco Publix, Shipyards...etc project. Once it's finished, it will be a nice compliment to Orsay. Next we need to get the daycare and the dance studio across the street turned into something with a little more street interaction and that will be the Avondale strip north.
