What is the focus of these awards?  Service to the LBGT community?  That's great if so, but "Humanitarian" seems like an odd title.

Ever notice how everything LGBTs do has to be defined as LGBT? Heterosexuals don't run around holding Heterosexual Annual Humanitarian Awards Galas? Talk about self-absorbed.

Oh the irony. Ever notice how people who aren't self-absorbed don't go around to random venues whining when others hold events that don't  cater specifically to their personal preferences?
