Is Grease Rags moving from downtown to San Marco? Or is this a second store for them?
It always blows my mind how 3/4 of these projects have literally sat in the same state of "repair" for 6 months to a year. You would think that if they couldn't make it happen there would eventually be some kind of announcement and they would put the space up for sale for someone else. Also, this might just be a personal thing but I would never announce a location or business opening up unless I was 98% sure I could really make it happen within a reasonable timeframe.
^It's ridiculous^
There were only a few new projects :/

It's moving.
Thanks Bill.
Glass half full perspective:
A year or so ago, I'd have thought it much more likely that the Elena Flats, Bostwick Building, and Drew house would be demolished than be undergoing restoration and adaptive reuse.
In this city, we can expect success to be many small moves in the right direction. It will take time, but there is nothing wrong with that. Drove by a skyway car today and it was totally packed. I don't think you can have said that a few years ago.
Anybody else see that the "wolfgang bar" at 1034 Park St, or whatever its name is going to be, appears to be open. I was in five points Saturday night and it was open, probably just a soft opening right now.

Yup, they're open!
Does anyone know what is going on at that spot next to river city tattoo and chomp chomp where strata use to have its sign? When I walked by yesterday it seemed to have a bunch of renovation work going on inside.
Ok cool! Does anyone seem interested in taking Forge's old space?

JTA's FY2105 report had the Skyway ridership numbers at 1,316,000 - a new record by more than 128K (set last year). The calendar year numbers could even be higher. So no surprise to see a Skyway car full. Comparatively - FY2009 had ridership at 449,000.
