Title: HB 197 Relating to Tracking Devices or Tracking Applications starts 10/01/2015
Post by: The_Choose_1 on September 27, 2015, 08:24:20 AM
It's to Damn bad that Florida didn't have this law back in 2011. When I found a GPS tracking device under my car? Who put it there I have a pretty Goddamn good idea who did! https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2015/0197/Analyses/h0197c.EDTS.PDF Now be sure to read the fine print? A person acting in good faith on behalf of a business entity for a legitimate business purpose. Is one of the people that can put a tracking device on your vehicle.

The lawmakers in Tallahassee for the most part stink. They could have made this a good law but once again have decided to be on the side of business. "A person acting on behalf of a business entity for a legitimate business purpose." So I read this as a  business person can LIE and say it was of good faith that they put a tracking device on someone's vehicle. Always a loop hole when it comes to Politicians.  :o Here is what I found under my car inside a Pelican Box to keep it away from water & dirt back in June 16th 2011 along with a six month battery pack.  (http://sparknano.weebly.com/uploads/2/2/0/5/22058566/9564322.jpg) I tried to find a Lawyer in Jacksonville to take my case in suing the Jerk that put this under my car. But I was told at best this was a Libel case and I would spend a lot of money to save my good name but get no other money in return. Which if you're a real lawyer this is just about all you really want. SHOW ME THE MONEY!

Here is what a Pelican box and a six month battery looks like. (http://www.ar.all.biz/img/ar/catalog/117709.png) Let me ask you if you found this under your car or vehicle what would You Do? Or if you found this Video Ball Camera on a fence (http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/71e3bA3w6xL._SL1500_.jpg) What would you do I called the Cops. But was told this was A OK? The Idiot that put the video ball camera and huge battery to run the camera lost both to the place i was living at the time.  And this is still a Libel case? :(

Not to diminish the invasion of your privacy,  but for the camera:
A mirror, a center fold, black spray paint, ...

Removing the mini SD card was the real reward for I was able to see who put the video ball camera on the fence. The Idiot filmed himself and i got the enjoyment out of the money he spent to put this together. This same Idiot may be the one that put the GPS tracking device on my car. So if you haven't looked under your car, do from time to time you may see something like I Did!
