In July's urban construction update, we included some information about Timoti's Seafood coming to Five Points. Here's an article from the today's Jax Daily Record with more info on this project:

Per the article they are planning 320 feet of outdoor seating. The restaurant scene gets even more crowded, but I love Timoti's so I'm really excited about this one.

I think the restaurant will do really well. One thing this area lacks is a good seafood restaurant. Not all we need is a Indian restaurant and 3fx
