Welcome to the Urban Development Master List. This list contains all major active and proposed developments within Jacksonville's urban core neighborhoods of Downtown, Brooklyn, Riverside, San Marco and Springfield. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I would assume the Ambassador project, the 1400 Main Street project, and the Madison Landing project are all dead as once proposed. No?
1460 Main St. was announced in 2013, wouldn't the Tax Credits have been awarded by now? Same question for Madison Landing would apply as well.

Those items have been corrected. The list was originally created a few months ago (January 2015) but I'm just getting around to publishing it, which is why a few "proposed" should have been updated to "under construction". I'll have to check on the latest status of the projects desiring tax credits and if those tax credits are available on an annual basis or a one time only situation.
