Just something I noticed that seems odd: There are currently three different "Best of " type surveys being hosted by three separate media outlets in Jax.

The Times-Union is the latest to join the fray, with its Bold City Best: http://contests.jacksonville.com/l/Bold-City-Best

Folio Weekly's longstanding Best of Jax poll is at http://folioweekly.com/bestofjax.html

Come on, really -- how many of these things do we need?

Well folio weekly has been selling 'best of jax' for advertising dollars for a long time.
