I drove past the Willowbranch Library over the weekend and saw that the windows have been boarded up and possibly removed. Does anyone know what is happening?

There is an article about the building in the July edition of The Resident, Riverside/Ortega/Avondale/Murray Hill. Paper edition, the digital edition still has June up.
