Was just sold to Turner Plumbing. They'll be moving their showroom, which features high-end kitchen, bath, tile and lighting, at 1903 Hendricks Ave. over to the old Peterbrooke building.

Yes, and Peterbrooke moved their factory to a space just west of Brooklyn. They are also renovating space for an office there.
Worth is a friend and he has a great eye for design, so I'm sure the interior will be great. I wonder what work he will do to the exterior. It's a nice building, but the blue awnings could definitely use an update.
It's good to see successful local entrepreneurs who value and improve buildings in the core. This is the definition of organic growth.
