progress, I guess...They've been pretty hush hush on Facebook.  I wouldn't be surprised if Coles is looking for a white knight to get it finished.

last facebook update was 12/3/2014.  I wonder if the Liberty Street news will motivate them.  Nice location if the old courthouse becomes a small convention center.  Is Lavernaus broke?

Bad news, kids.  Overheard Coles on an airplane this week.  He says it's All Stop, and that he's trying to sell the building.  Too much red tape with the city, he said.  Can't get anything approved.  Which sounds to me like he is undercapitalized and looking for an excuse.

How is this bad news?  Progress has been stalled for months on this.  He should sell it and get out of the way so someone with a greater capacity to finish a project in this space can get started.

I applaud your optimism.  I hope there is a long line just waiting for the chance to buy it and invest.
