With the failed attempt by Comcast to take over Time Warner Cable, followed up by Charter merging with Bright House so they could borrow enough money to turn around and buy Time Warner themselves, and the ownership stake of Suddenlink by Altice (who also tried to buy Time Warner), the market for cable providers is shrinking.....and fast.
