Here's Prado Walk's home site.  The new places look slick it the artists rendition is true to what is actually going to be built.

I believe it may actually be ground floor retail and residential on the top two floors.  I havent heard of any changes to retail only and I believe that this would require a change in their PUD.

The right mix of businesses in there, with the right mix of hours, will do great being in such close proximity to the hospital.  My mom is a nurse who used to work the night shifts.... Hospital staff does order out at 3am, you know :D

I like it. It is very nice, smal lot, but great infill. the really need to redo Riverside Avenue there, it is in absolutely horrible shape, especially at Stockton.

Resurfacing the road would present the perfect opportunity to lay rail along with the new asphalt....

RSGator: from the website, the artists rendering shows residential on the top two floors.  if you drive by the location though, there is an updated rendering that doesn't have the top two floors.  it's just a one story building with commercial.  i'm sad to see that they have abandoned the housing.

I have seen the on site rendering also.  I am disappointed that the top floors have been lopped off although the new retail building will certainly be superior to what was there.  I always prefer to have residential above retail wherever possible.

I have not heard of a new PUD coming through for the new plans though.  I am sure it would be approved however.
