This is active legislation. Is this an emergency?
Should Boards and Commissions meet 4 times a year as opposed to 12 times a year when taxpayer money is involved?
This should be sent back to committee.

Capt. Lenny and the First mates need to have this deferred. Why not? less then 12 hours out. HUGE news story. Restore the Public Trust.
