So I got my eco. stimulis aka Bush Bucks. I've not spent them all (Yet), but I did pay bills and purchased a DVD player new $50.00. Right now my question is, are bush bucks making a difference in the US economy?

I used them to make improvements to an apartment building in Riverside thereby making available market rate housing for Americans. :)
