Old St. Andrews church was the tallest building in the city and of course survived the fire.  The tallest pre fire office building was 6 stories but its name escapes me

The six-story Gardner Building opened in 1897 and was said to be the first "skyscraper" in Florida. The Great Fire of 1901 took it out.

So the Dyal Upchurch Building at the corner of Bay and Main was built after the fire? Where was the Gardner building located?
