Title: LED lights coming to Jax... With a twist...

Looks like we'll be getting some LED lighting, but they'll be detection motion and harvesting the data. We're only the 2nd city to try this out:

Kinda neat. I didn't realize all that was encompassed into the light.

It makes sense to put cameras in street lights because they already have power and height. Whether it's good or not is a different question.

JEA or the city will save money on power by switching to IEDs.............oh.   Switching to LEDs. Bad typing.
